The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, comfortable working in a lab environment, and able to partner closely with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, supplier quality, and operations teams.

This engineer will support Test Development Engineering activities throughout product development and mass production to ensure products are properly tested, calibrated, validated, and production-ready. The role will additionally support ODM/JDM manufacturing engagements, helping maintain product quality and manufacturing consistency across global manufacturing partners.
Job Responsibilities
⢠Test and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, software, connectivity, and manufacturing-related issues todetermine root cause.
â˘Â Validate that complete Cricut systems work as intended, including device behavior, app-to-device communication, firmware updates, calibration, error handling, and customer workflows.
⢠Analyze test data, field issues, manufacturing data, and product performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
⢠Support product readiness reviews at EVT, DVT, MPQ, and MP milestones.
⢠Lead or support root-cause analysis, 8D investigations, CAPA actions, and corrective/preventive improvements.
⢠Create clear test reports, risk summaries, failure analyses, and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
⢠Work with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, supplier quality, and customer support teams to resolve product issues.
⢠Support product risk analysis activities such as DFMEA, PFMEA, NUDD, and lessons learned reviews.

⢠Train and guide technicians or lab personnel during test setup, execution, and data collection.
â˘Â Maintain lab equipment, test fixtures, supplies, and documentation needed for reliable testing.
⢠Stay current on relevant quality, reliability, test, and industry standards.
Partner closely with ODM and JDM manufacturing partners to monitor product quality throughout NPI development, manufacturing ramp, mass production, and sustaining phases.
Support Test Development Engineering (TDE) activities, including development and validation of manufacturing test strategies, calibration processes, fixtures, and production test coverage.
Ensure Cricut products are thoroughly tested and calibrated throughout development and production to maintain consistent system-level performance and manufacturing quality.
Perform hands-on system-level validation and troubleshooting across Cricut cutting machines and heated products, including hardware, electrical, firmware, software, and connectivity systems.
Drive system-wide quality readiness for product releases by identifying and resolving cross-functional issues impacting customer experience, reliability, manufacturability, and product performance.
Required Qualifications
⢠8+ years of hands-on experience in product quality, hardware test, reliability, validation, systems test, embedded systems, manufacturing quality, or a related field.
⢠Experience testing and troubleshooting electromechanical products.
⢠Ability to investigate issues across hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing processes, and customer use cases.
⢠Experience creating test plans, running tests, analyzing results, and documenting findings.

Senior Product Manager owns lifecycle communications, in-product promotion, and retention strategy across email, SMS, push, and app features.
Job Description - Sr. Product Manager, Lifecycle & Growth
About Bold.org
With a mission of Fighting Student Debt, Bold.org is the fastest-growing student fintech platform in the United States. Weâre a team of dozens, serving millions of students, with trillions in student debt at stake.
We operate at the intersection of fintech, education, philanthropy, and rewards, building products that meaningfully expand access to education. We are relentlessly focused on profitability, long-term retention, and building systems that scale sustainably. If that resonates, weâd love to meet you.
Position Description:
Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, youâll own the messaging product and in-product promotion that keep existing users engaged across the full lifecycle, working daily across Product, Design, and Engineering. Youâll build the underlying systems yourself, from strategy to in-app placement, and partner with every feature teamâs launch so promotion becomes part of the planning process.
Your goal: grow engagement and retention by making sure every feature gets the lifecycle communication and in-app placement it deserves, and that whatâs already live keeps converting better over time.
This is a great role for a builder who wants full ownership of a product area, not just a seat at the table on someone elseâs roadmap.
Role Responsibilities:
Own lifecycle communications for existing users end to end: strategy, sequencing, copy, and execution across email, SMS, and push.
Own in-product promotion and positioning: when and how new features get surfaced inside the app.
Partner with feature PMs on the lifecycle and in-app promotion plan for new initiatives, and own a subset of features directly where that judgment should drive the roadmap.
Audit and fix existing lifecycle comms that have become redundant, overlapping, or outdated.
Own the promotion and in-product placement of partners, sponsored and promotional content across lifecycle comms and the product itself.
Measure impact (conversion, funnel drop off, revenue attribution) for every flow you touch, and use it to prioritize whatâs next.
Spot the lifecycle comms and in-product promotion that should exist but donât, and make the case for building them.
Required Skills:
Lifecycle and growth judgment. You can read user behavior and independently decide what messaging or placement will move retention, not just whatâs technically possible to ship.
AI-driven execution. You use Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor daily, pulling copy and assets from Figma and writing and updating templates and flow logic yourself, rather than routing every change through an engineer.
Marketing fluency. You have strong copywriting, sequencing, and channel judgment, tuned to what engages and re-engages users.
Semi-technical data comfort. You know our event data and pipeline well enough to spec the exact metrics, attributes, and events you need from engineering to execute a lifecycle flow.
Platform adaptability. Youâre comfortable standing up lifecycle systems on a new platform. We currently run on Klaviyo and AWS/SES, and are likely to move to a proprietary system soon.
Bandwidth. Youâre very good at getting a lot done quickly with excellence.
Resourcefulness. You thrive in the chaos of startups and love making complicated, uncertain things simple.
Communication. You give and receive feedback directly and easily, and youâre generally great to work with. Our team is globally distributed and often works across time zones, so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Background:
3+ years of experience in a high-intensity, high-throughput product management and/or marketing lifecycle role at a startup.
3+ years of experience with Klaviyo or a comparable lifecycle/CRM platform.
Experience owning product features or a roadmap end to end: writing specs, working directly with engineering, not just executing campaigns.
Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to execute your own work directly is required, not a nice-to-have.
Comfortable working inside Figma at a âread and translate a designâ level.
We donât require a specific background. If you meet the required skills, weâd love to hear from you.
Location and Time Commitment
We are fully remote. You can work wherever youâre most productive. This is a high-ownership, high-freedom role. This means that itâs not a 9-5 and youâll often need to go above and beyond. It also means that while we generally work in US time zones, we donât care when exactly youâre working and encourage you to structure your day to support your ideal life.
Compensation
Our compensation packages are designed to make this your dream job for both the short and long term. Compensation for this role includes base salary and stock options. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and unlimited PTO.

Leads cross-functional M&A integration planning and execution, coordinating workstreams across legal, HR, finance, IT, and product teams to realize deal value.
MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to help build and run the operational backbone for how MongoDB integrates its acquisitions, translating each deal thesis into a durable business outcome.
As the Senior Manager, M&A Integration, youâll help ensure acquisitions are integrated successfully and that the value outlined in each deal is realized. You may provide input during diligence to help flag integration risks, and you will lead integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close for assigned deals, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CFO and partnering closely with our Corporate Development team. Youâll coordinate across every functional team involved in a deal â Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, IT, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Product & Technology. You and the Chief of Staff together will support the Integration Management Office (IMO): defining workstreams, building the master integration plan, and supporting governance cadence for each deal.
This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership of individual deal integrations. Youâll help build out MongoDBâs integration playbook â standard plans, checklists, templates â turning deal-by-deal efforts into more consistent, repeatable practices alongside the Chief of Staff.
This role is ideal for someone who has led M&A integration workstreams before and knows how to bring structure to the ambiguity of a newly closed deal. You know how to drive cross-functional execution without formal authority, operate with autonomy within a defined framework, move fluidly between Day 1 planning, synergy tracking, and status reporting, and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do. This role may flex across multiple concurrent deals depending on the pace of acquisitions.
This role can be based in New York City, Austin, or Palo Alto for our hybrid working model or remotely in the United States.

Develops positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for MongoDB's AI and context engineering products, working with product, engineering, and sales teams to reach developer audiences.
Weâre hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and product adoption across our AI and agentic context solutions.
This is a high-impact role for a technical marketer who thinks and acts like a builder. Most AI systems donât fail because the model is badâthey fail because they lack a crucial, contextual foundation. MongoDB owns a piece of nearly every step in that chain.
This role requires deep technical expertise across the context stackâincluding VoyageAI embedding and reranking models, MCP Server, and the coding agent ecosystem (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Codex, etc.)âcombined with product marketing instincts to deeply understand the market and translate technical depth into crisp, differentiated messaging for distinct user and buyer personas.
The ideal candidate has experience building and shipping AI-enabled products and using developer tools in their day-to-day workflows. Individuals with prior experience in technical sales, developer relations, or software development are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is a voracious consumer of AI research and pays close attention to shifting patterns in how software and AI applications are built and consumed. This individual is confident in communicating with technical practitioners and non-technical decision makers in one-to-few and one-to-many engagements for internal and external audiences. You will leverage your technical depth to craft clear, compelling, and highly differentiated messaging by working backward from customer requirements.

Senior backend engineer builds and ships services powering growth features like paywalls, subscriptions, and experimentation infrastructure for a parenting app.
Nanit is moving families beyond overwhelm by transforming how parents understand their babyâs early years. We combine advanced AI, real-world data from billions of sleep hours, and clinical expertise to deliver the clarity and confidence every parent deserves. Trusted by over one million families and backed by $125M in funding, weâre building an entirely new category: predictive parenting intelligence.
Here, your work directly impacts millions of families. Our team of scientists, engineers, and parents is small but mighty - we share a mission to make early childhood easier, healthier, and more connected. If you want to work on technology that genuinely matters, join us.
Youâll be the founding backend engineer on a new Growth team - a cross-functional squad owning the full customer funnel, from a parent first considering Nanit through purchase, subscription, engagement, and eventually referring to us or buying again. Youâll also be the first R&D engineer based at our US site, hybrid, with your manager and the rest of the team in a different time zone - so youâll need to hold context, make decisions, unblock yourself, and know when a question is worth raising rather than waiting on a sync. Your closest day-to-day partners will be mobile engineers and product managers
Own the backend behind growth bets. Build and ship the services powering paywalls, subscription tiering, onboarding journeys, in-app messaging, referral mechanics, trial models, and checkout bundling.
Make growth measurable. Build and extend the experimentation and instrumentation layer - feature flags, experiment assignment, event tracking - so every bet the team makes can be evaluated on real data rather than opinion.
Work end to end across the funnel. Move between acquisition, activation, and retention work as the roadmap demands, rather than owning a single narrow surface.
Partner tightly with mobile and product. Most of what you build is consumed by our iOS and Android apps. Youâll design API contracts in conversation with the engineers using them and with the PMs shaping the experiments.
Operate with high agency. Take ambiguous problems, decide on an approach, communicate it clearly in writing, and ship. Escalate deliberately, not by default.
Set the pattern for US engineering at Nanit. How you work - documentation, async communication, on-call, review habits - becomes the template for everyone who follows.
Anchor on-call coverage in your time zone. Be first responder for production alerts during your working hours, extending the backend group toward true follow-the-sun coverage. Triage, mitigate, escalate what you canât, and hand off open threads in writing.
Contribute to the backend guild. Help drive best practices, guidelines, and standards across R&D, and keep the US perspective represented in them.
Why Youâll Love Working Here:
What We Offer
We provide an innovative and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. We believe in productivity rather than hours on the clock and value collaboration and innovative thinking. We take pride in our customer satisfaction and believe that our success comes from delivering exceptional value to our customers.
EEO, Salary and Location:
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC office 2-3 days per week.
Salary Range: $180 to $200 base salary + equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanitâs total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, weâll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class.
