We are currently looking for candidates with recent coding experience specializing in the following areas: Radiology Coder withstrong proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding and E/M leveling with experience in multiple specialties and settings. E/M expertise must include teaching physician scenarios, split/shared services, and incident-to billing.
Responsibilities:
Review and accurately code Radiology and Multispecialty E/M (POS 11, 21, 22) cases to maximize reimbursement in a timely manner.
Review and accurately code E/M visits and office procedures.
Able to work independently and research coding scenarios.

GHJ is seeking a Manager to join its Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support practice. As Marqetaâs Corporate/Opex Finance Manager, you will own a critical slice of the companyâs operating expense and headcount planning end-to-end â serving as the trusted finance partner to a functional leader while helping build the systems and rigor Corporate FP&A needs at public-company scale.
Youâll take ownership of opex forecasting and management for your area â building the monthly forecast, understanding every driver of spend, and knowing the story behind the numbers well enough to defend them in any room. Youâll own the relationship day-to-day, including the model itself and the reporting that keeps your business partner and FP&A leadership current â much of which youâll help build and improve as our systems mature â while working closely with your manager and the broader FP&A team when things get more complex.
Youâll also be the primary finance point of contact for an executive-level functional leader â trusted enough to understand what theyâre trying to build and help them think through the trade-offs behind a hiring plan or a vendor contract. Summary of Role:
GHJ is seeking a Manager to join its Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support practice. This individual will lead forensic investigations and litigation-support engagements, manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee project teams and prepare complex financial analyses and investigative findings. The Manager will work closely with attorneys, business leaders and other stakeholders on commercial disputes, fraud investigations and related advisory matters.
GHJâs Forensic Services Practice:
Assists attorneys including outside/inside counsel, business leaders and individuals with a wide range of forensic accounting, litigation support and expert witness services. GHJ also provides a host of services to assist with internal investigations involving alleged fraud or employee misconduct.
GHJ expert witnesses provide testimony in state and federal courts as well as arbitrations and mediations. Position Summary: The Finance Automation Manager is responsible to manage the financial coding in the Eurofins Environment (USA) Laboratory Information management System and ensures continued alignment between sales invoicing and the accounting system. Responsible for checking and adding new coding to the financial coding portal. Duties include financial analysis and modeling, system maintenance, data management, report creation and the tie-out checking across different software solutions (such as LIMS and accounting system). Plays a critical part in providing integrated systems planning and recommends new or different technologies which will enhance current systems and support overall business goals. This is a hybrid role. Will work 2-3 days per week in the office in Lancaster, PA with the rest of the work week remote. Must live within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA.
